There are 2 different Image Modules for Gallery 2.0 and Gallery 2.1 available.
Be sure you have installed the right one from the Gallery2 Project site.

MS Internet Explorer 7.0
i've have the same Error Messages.
Gallery 2.1.2 and the latest module. There are only one module in the download area. Is it the right one?
